With the remote control included with the JBL LED SOLAR NATUR, you can dim the light in steps and choose from three color temperatures. As soon as you add the JBL LED SOLAR CONTROL to your JBL LED SOLAR NATUR (ideally in combination with the JBL LED SOLAR EFFECT), a whole new world of control opens up to you: Using the JBL LED SOLAR CONTROL, you can load biotope data from the Pantanal (southwestern Brazil) or from the East African Rift Valley lakes (Malawi-Tanganjika). Your LEDs will then simulate the local climatic conditions there depending on the season (including dry and rainy seasons, thunderstorms & cloud cover, and moon phases). For a goldfish aquarium, the lighting will specifically highlight the beautiful colors, and for a community aquarium, the lighting is set to simulate a tropical day with 10 hours of sunshine, providing the right light for plants and vibrant colors for the fish. Thunderstorms and cloud cover are simulated via a random generator. For fans of heavily planted aquariums (aquascaping), there is a lighting program similar to the community aquarium program but with higher light intensity. For each program, you can select the acclimation mode at the start, which helps your plants easily adjust from previous fluorescent lighting to the much brighter LED light without any problems. Of course, each program can also be selected without acclimatization. In manual mode, you can also set your own lighting scenarios. For all of the programs mentioned, two types of LED lamps are available: 1.) JBL LED SOLAR NATUR and 2.) JBL LED SOLAR EFFECT. If you use only the JBL LED SOLAR NATUR with the JBL LED SOLAR CONTROL—without the JBL LED SOLAR EFFECT—you can still access all functions such as thunderstorms, cloud cover, and sunrise or sunset, but without the colored effects!
