ATI Essentials Mixed Reef Set 2x10 Liter

ATI® Essentials Mixed Reef is a highly concentrated liquid supplement system designed to promote perfect growth, optimal metabolism, and vibrant coloration in corals in mixed saltwater aquariums. Drawing on ATI’s experience from tens of thousands of ICP laboratory analyses, the formula has been continuously optimized and refined over the years, ensuring you receive a state-of-the-art supplementation system. Additional features include:

• Supply of all major elements: boron, bromine, calcium, fluorine, potassium, carbonate hardness, magnesium, sulfur, strontium
• Basic supply of the following essential trace elements without causing accumulation: cobalt, iron, iodine, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, rubidium, selenium, vanadium, zinc
• #1 KH Complex reduces nitrate and phosphate levels through organic KH sources and is therefore ideal for mixed reef tanks with a higher fish population and no SPS dominance
• The concentrations are balanced so that equal amounts of both solutions can be added
• Customize the solution to meet your aquarium’s specific needs to achieve a water composition close to nature and prevent ion imbalance
• Ready to use immediately and approximately 5 times as concentrated as classic Balling supply solutions. No more tedious preparation

ATI® Essentials Mixed Reef consists of the following two individual components:

#1 KH Complex

• Contains 38,500 °dKH per 2,700-ml bottle (14,250 °dKH/l)
• Contains the trace elements iron, iodine, and selenium
• Contains the macronutrients fluorine and sulfur
• Reduces nutrient levels

#2 Calcium Complex

• Contains 270,000 mg of calcium per 2,700-ml bottle (100,000 mg Ca/l)
• Contains the trace elements cobalt, iron, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, rubidium, vanadium, and zinc
• Contains the macronutrients boron, bromine, potassium, magnesium, and strontium

Recommended dosage:

• Use equal or very similar amounts of both solutions
• Guideline for dosage per solution: 3–7 ml per 100 L/day
• The actual dosage should be adjusted to replenish the daily loss of carbonate hardness and calcium. You can determine the daily loss by regularly measuring carbonate hardness and calcium levels (e.g., using ATI® water tests or ATI® ICP laboratory analyses).

Special considerations at low temperatures:

• Due to the high concentration of active ingredients, crystals may form in the bottle of #1 KH Complex at low temperatures
• The crystals will dissolve if the bottle is heated in a warm water bath to approximately 45 °C or placed on a radiator
• At cold application temperatures (<20°C), we recommend diluting the product 1:1 with reverse osmosis water. To ensure that the dosing amounts for #1 and #2 remain the same, #2 should also be diluted 1:1 with reverse osmosis water
