ATI® Essentials SPS and Essentials Mixed Reef ensure a basic supply of trace elements. The concentrations are selected to prevent toxic trace element accumulation even in aquariums with low stocking densities.

ATI has developed the two combination products, ATI® Essential Daily Traces #A and #B, specifically for aquariums with trace element requirements that exceed these basic needs. These products incorporate the latest findings obtained by ATI through next-generation ICP measurements (ICP Ultimate MS) of trace elements in the microgram and nanogram ranges. Additional trace element requirements can arise, for example, from a very high coral population, an algae refuge, or the use of phosphate adsorbents, zeolite, or activated carbon.

Essential Daily Traces #A and #B can be individually tailored to the needs of your aquarium.

• Essential Daily Traces #A contains the trace elements chromium, cobalt, iron, copper, manganese, nickel, and zinc

• Essential Daily Traces #B contains the trace elements fluorine, iodine, and selenium

Dosage:

• Recommended dosage: 0.5–1 ml/100 l per day

• We recommend determining the specific requirements through regular ATI® ICP laboratory analyses (e.g., ATI® Lab Analysis Ultimate MS)

• As a reference value, we recommend zinc for Essential Daily Traces #A and iodine for Essential Daily Traces #B. If the reference value is exceeded, the dose should be reduced; if it is not met, the dose should be increased accordingly

Note:

Essential Daily Traces #A and #B can also be used as separate trace element supplements for soft coral aquariums or when using a calcium reactor
