Salifert Profi-Test PO4 - Phosphate

The Salifert Profi-Test PO4 allows for the simple, quick, and accurate determination of phosphate levels in freshwater and saltwater. This test can also be used to easily and quickly determine phosphate levels in freshwater or garden ponds. Even very low concentrations of 0.015 mg/l phosphate can be detected with this test. Excessively high phosphate levels are the main cause of unwanted algae growth in freshwater aquariums. In saltwater, excessively high phosphate levels inhibit the growth of corals and invertebrates. The phosphate level should therefore be checked regularly and, if necessary, reduced through appropriate measures.
The test kit includes detailed instructions, an easy-to-read, finely graduated color chart, and a disposable syringe for collecting the water sample. The Salifert Profi-Test PO4 (Phosphate) is sufficient for approximately 60 tests in freshwater and saltwater.
