Salifert Profi-Test Ca - Calcium

The Salifert Profi-Test Ca allows you to easily determine the calcium content in saltwater. Natural seawater has a calcium content between 425 and 450 mg/l. This level should also be maintained in the aquarium. Corals require calcium for their growth and therefore constantly draw calcium from the water, meaning it must be replenished regularly. Calcium is also important for many biological processes. Regular monitoring of the calcium content in seawater is therefore particularly important.
The test kit includes detailed instructions, an easy-to-read, finely graduated color chart, and a disposable syringe for collecting the water sample. The Salifert Profi-Test Ca (Calcium) is sufficient for 50–100 tests in seawater. The results are displayed in increments of 10 mg/l with a distinct color change.
