ScaperLine Soil is an active substrate that creates an attractive appearance while providing the best conditions for optimal plant growth in an aquascape. It maintains water parameters within a slightly acidic pH range that is favorable for the vast majority of aquarium plants. Active soil can absorb nutrients from the water and release them as needed. The grain size of ScaperLine Soil provides good support for plant roots. In black, the substrate makes the colors of the animals and plants in the aquarium really pop.
