Oase ScaperLine Soil - Substrate 3L Brown

ScaperLine Soil is an active substrate that creates an attractive appearance while providing the best conditions for optimal plant growth in an aquascape. It maintains water parameters within a slightly acidic pH range that is favorable for the vast majority of aquarium plants. Active soil can absorb nutrients from the water and release them as needed. The grain size of ScaperLine Soil provides good support for plant roots. In black, the substrate makes the colors of the animals and plants in the aquarium really pop.

• ACTIVE SOIL: Active Soil influences water parameters and adjusts them to a pH range that is favorable for the vast majority of aquarium plants. These values may vary depending on the species of fish kept

• NUTRIENT RESERVOIR: Active soil can both absorb and release nutrients from the water—its buffering effect is ideal for healthy plant growth

• NATURAL-LOOKING GRAIN SIZE: The grain size of our ScaperLine Soil is ideal for small, medium, and even larger aquascapes and provides good support for plant roots

• CLASSIC COLORS: OASE ScaperLine aquascaping soils are available in the classic substrate colors of black and brown—also for beautiful color effects on the substrate

• PLEASE DO NOT RINSE: You do not need to rinse the active soil before using it in your aquascape; simply pour it dry into the aquarium and shape it there without clouding the water
