• Naturefood SUPREME FOR PIPIDS contains a high-quality blend of animal proteins and calcium. Thanks to the balanced protein-to-fat ratio and improved nutrient utilization, virtually no nitrates or phosphates are introduced into the aquarium water via the food.

• The literature reports on “balloon disease” in pipids, which may be caused by calcium deficiency; therefore, feeding them chopped earthworms is recommended. For this reason, SUPREME FOR PIPIDS also contains calcium.

• In community aquariums, the fish will consume the majority of the food before the dwarf clawed frogs do. If you increase the amount of food to compensate for this, some of the food will be absorbed by the filter, the fish will be constantly overfed, water parameters will be negatively affected, and algae growth will be promoted.

• To allow the clawed frogs to eat their food with as little disturbance as possible, you can first feed the other aquarium inhabitants some Naturefood PREMIUM COLOR PLUS, for example. Then add SUPREME FOR PIPIDS, which sinks quickly, to the tank for the dwarf clawed frogs.
