The Super Fog Nano II is the successor to the popular Super Fog Nano, which is designed for humidifying small terrariums. With the new model, the goal was to simplify the technology significantly, allowing for much more trouble-free operation. Water is drawn up through a felt cartridge via capillary action. This cartridge can be replaced in just a few simple steps, which should be done regularly for hygienic reasons. The mist produced is automatically directed through the hose via a sophisticated nozzle design, without the need for an additional fan. This further reduces the likelihood of malfunctions.The misting rate is approximately 30 ml/h. The tank holds a maximum of 360 ml. The Super Fog Nano II can be controlled via a timer or a hygrostat.Thanks to its flexible and extendable hose, the Super Fog Nano II can be adapted to any terrarium. A new feature is that the membrane can now be replaced by the end user in just a few simple steps. All other parts are also available as replacement parts, making the Super Fog Nano II a sustainable device.

Lucky Reptile Super Fog Nano 2 is an ultrasonic humidifier designed specifically for small terrariums and is now in its second generation. It is an external device that creates mist in jungle or tropical terrariums. The ultrasonic fogger for small terrariums produces a very fine and abundant mist. All it requires is water and electricity. The water, which is poured into the included reservoir (special demineralized water is available for this purpose, e.g., Lucky Reptile Terra Tec H2O), is atomized through a fine membrane. The mist rises and is directed into the terrarium via a tube. The fogger is connected to the power supply via a transformer, which is also included in the package. The Lucky Reptile Super Fog Nano 2 is the smaller version of the Lucky Reptile Super Fog ultrasonic fogger, but is specifically designed for use in smaller terrariums. In this segment of small terrariums, it is the first ultrasonic fogger that can be connected externally. The external operation of the Lucky Reptile Super Fog Nano has the advantage that, especially in small terrariums, no space is wasted on a fogger. Otherwise, setting up a terrarium fogger caused space issues, particularly in small terrariums, since these units were almost as large as the terrarium itself. With the Lucky Reptile Super Fog Nano 2, such space issues are a thing of the past. To save space, the mist is simply fed into the terrarium via a hose. Thanks to its special design for small terrariums, the terrarium is not completely filled with mist. The Lucky Reptile Super Fog Nano is specifically designed for small terrariums to increase humidity within them. The fogger is 14.5 cm tall and has a diameter of 8.5 cm. With these dimensions, the Lucky Reptile Super Fog Nano 2 can be discreetly placed behind even a smaller terrarium without any problems. It’s small, yet powerful. The mist/water vapor is fed into the terrarium via the included flexible hose. The hose can be adjusted to a length of 20–100 cm and is flexible in any direction. Power consumption is extremely low: The Super Fog Nano 2 operates on 12 volts and consumes 15 watts at full power. Full power in this context means that 30 ml of water is vaporized per hour. An emergency shut-off switch ensures safety. If there is too little or too much water in the Super Fog Nano, it shuts off automatically. The integrated water tank has a capacity of nearly 0.4 L (exactly 360 ml), providing ample supply for plenty of mist. Since Lucky Reptile places great emphasis on the sustainable use of resources, special care was taken to ensure that replacement parts can be swapped out quickly and easily. In particular, the felt cartridge should be replaced regularly, if only for hygienic reasons. A true marvel of technology—the little brother of the Lucky Reptile Super Fog.
