Power + Heat LED 18W

With its 18 W, the Power & Heat LED is a real “beacon of light.”
With a power consumption of just 18 W and approximately 1,964 lumens, it emits significantly more light than a 50 W metal halide lamp, which produces only about 1,600 lumens, or a standard 70 W spotlight, which produces just under 500 – 700 lumens.

Another new feature is the modern ventilation system inside the spotlight.

This allows the LED to heat terrariums by up to 5°C above the ambient temperature.

This makes the Power & Heat LED ideal for providing terrariums with additional heat.

But it’s also excellent for terrarium animals with low heat requirements but high light needs and can be used as the sole light source in such cases.

For “standard” terrariums housing animals with UV and heat requirements, the Power & Heat LED is best suited as an energy-efficient, supplementary source of light and heat. It does not replace dedicated UV and heat lamps, but when used in combination, it provides an ideal solution.

A major advantage of LED lighting is its extremely high light output relative to energy consumption and a significantly longer lifespan compared to halogen or conventional bulbs.

The Power & Heat LED has a beam angle of 25° and is particularly well-suited for creating basking spots, light spots, or as an additional light source.

The light spectrum is modeled after natural, neutral daylight, thereby promoting the animals’ well-being.

The sturdy housing of the Power & Heat LED is designed for the daily needs of terrarium animals, ensuring safety.
