ELEMENTALS TRACE Copper
ELEMENTALS TRACE Cu is a highly concentrated copper solution for saltwater aquariums designed to individually correct existing copper deficiencies.

The Elementals series is designed for use with regular ICP analyses. Fauna Marin ICP analyses help you maintain your aquarium perfectly.

In addition to the measured values, the Fauna Marin ICP analyses also provide all necessary dosing recommendations. In addition to salts of the major elements calcium, magnesium, and carbonate hardness, Fauna Marin also offers a range of special trace elements that play an essential role in marine aquariums. Unlike major elements such as calcium, magnesium, or potassium, trace elements are elements present in seawater at concentrations lower than 1 mg/l. These include, for example, copper, chromium, manganese, and selenium, as well as iron, iodine, and zinc.

The functions of trace elements can vary greatly. In the knowledge base on the Fauna Marin website, you’ll find an overview of the specific functions of each element. Trace elements can be found in many different substances and can thus also enter the aquarium water; however, a deficiency can cause significant problems despite the low concentrations required in the water. An adequate supply of all important trace elements is therefore essential for a healthy reef aquarium.

Fauna Marin single-element solutions are made from the purest raw materials, which are processed into the appropriate organic or inorganic compounds depending on the element’s function. Fauna Marin operates its own coral farm and ICP laboratory for production and quality control.

• 1 ml of Elementals Trace Cu per 100 liters daily = +1 µg of copper per liter

Storage instructions

• Keep tightly closed after opening.
• The product has a shelf life of approximately 3 years.
• Store in a dry place, protected from light, at normal room temperature.
• Avoid contaminating the product with bacteria or dirt.
• Make sure children cannot access the products, whether in use or in storage.
   

Disposal
: The completely empty bottle can be disposed of with household trash or at recycling collection points.
