AEFW X

Protective treatment for SPS corals against Acropora flatworms. AEFW X specifically targets Acropora flatworms

The product’s special formulation blocks larval development, preventing metamorphosis into adult, reproductive individuals. Adult worms also cease reproduction and further growth. After a few weeks, the aquarium is free of AEFW.

AEFW X is effective against:

• Prosthiostomum acroporae (Acropora-feeding flatworm)
• New AEFW flatworm (“NAEFW”)

Suitable for:

SPS corals Acropora sp.

Dosage:

• Acute infection: 4 ml of AEFW X per 100 liters per day, added directly to the aquarium or sump
• Always dose once daily directly into the aquarium
• Dosage period: 4–6 weeks
• Prevention: 2 ml of AEFW X per 100 liters per day, added directly to the aquarium or sump
• Turn off the UV system!
• Activated carbon, ozone, protein skimmers, and adsorbers can continue to operate
• Light settings do not need to be adjusted
• Regular water changes can be performed

Dosage Instructions:

• Use dosing pumps for regular dosing and add the entire dose at once
• You can perform dosing at any time
• If dosing by hand, use a syringe or our DIY doser to prevent contamination of the product
• Calculate the water volume precisely
• Do not overdose
• Do not perform any other treatments while treating with AEFW X
• After treatment, the animals should be rehabilitated with Recon X

• Wash hands after use.

• Caution: Irritating
• Do not swallow! If the product is swallowed, seek medical attention—show the label to the doctor.
• Intended for use in saltwater aquariums only

• Water, capsaicin extract < 2%
• Inactive ingredients

Storage instructions:

• The product has a shelf life of approximately 3 years when unopened
• Store in a dry place, protected from light, at normal room temperature.
• Avoid contaminating the product with bacteria or dirt.
• Ensure that children do not have access to the products being used or stored.

Disposal:

• The completely empty bottle can be disposed of with household trash or at recycling collection points.
• Please follow your local waste disposal regulations.
