The Exo Terra Monsoon SOLO is a programmable misting system suitable for all terrariums and greenhouses. This system helps maintain optimal humidity by generating mist at programmed times. The duration and frequency of the mist can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of the animals or plants you are keeping. Frequent misting helps stimulate breeding behavior. It is also necessary if you keep live tropical plants, such as bromeliads, orchids, mosses, etc.

The system can be programmed to simulate rain multiple times within a 24-hour period, with each session lasting from 2 seconds to 2 minutes. The large 1.5-liter reservoir ensures uninterrupted operation for several days without the need to refill the water (ideal for vacation time). Furthermore, the reservoir can be easily refilled without having to disassemble the entire system.
The Exo Terra® Monsoon Solo is equipped with an easy-to-install spray nozzle but can be expanded with an additional nozzle, making it ideal for two terrariums as well. (Please note that each additional nozzle reduces the output of each individual nozzle.) The rain produced by the specially designed spray nozzles is extremely fine and creates a mist-like effect in the terrarium or greenhouse. The extra-long hoses make it possible to hide the system in a storage area or in a cabinet beneath the terrarium.
