D-D Function DC Pump

The D-D Function series pumps are multifunctional DC pumps featuring a unique digital control system that offers three different shaft modes and a constant flow function. Also suitable for operating media reactors or as a pump for a closed-loop system (models 5000/6500/10000 only).

The sine wave technology and low-voltage motor are suitable for use in saltwater or freshwater and offer extremely low operating noise, low heat dissipation, and high energy efficiency.

Features

Continuous Mode The pump can be set to continuous operation for use as a standard return, reactor, or equipment feed pump. The flow rate can be adjusted on the controller between the minimum and maximum power settings of 30 and 100.

Wave Mode A constant wave output is generated while the pump cycles between a minimum and maximum power setting. The frequency and power settings can be adjusted on the controller

Pulse Mode The pump’s speed alternates between a low and a high power setting and can be used to generate a standing wave. The frequency and power settings can be adjusted on the controller.

Storm Mode The pump’s output alternates between different power levels at varying frequencies to create a random flow pattern. Ideal for stirring up detritus so it can be removed through filtration
