Care Magnet
: The Care Magnet concept was a groundbreaking innovation in glass cleaner design in 2014, consisting of an ergonomic handle and special blades made of low-wear, high-performance plastic. The patented Care Magnet line has now been expanded to include two new models.

Why Care?
This glass cleaner prevents scratches on the inner aquarium glass, whether made of glass or acrylic. The inner magnet is positioned more than 3 mm away from the aquarium glass, preventing the aquarium sand from getting caught. The two plastic blades remove algae from the glass significantly better than a flat cleaning surface—almost as effectively as a sharp metal blade. A blade’s service life ranges from several months to about one year. The low drag during cleaning, combined with strong magnetic coupling, makes it nearly impossible for the magnet to lift off.  Only on glass aquarium panes with particularly stubborn algae—such as older deposits on the side walls or thick calcareous red algae—should the large blade be supplemented with the specially included stainless steel blade.

The patented design featuring plastic blades of varying lengths creates different levels of contact pressure, allowing the narrow blade to remove even stubborn algae. The wide blade, on the other hand, is ideal for removing algae over large areas.

Thanks to its slim design, plants and corals are not touched.

The Care Magnet can also be used on round aquarium panes or arched panes.

Plastic blades with rounded corners allow for a smooth transition from the aquarium edges to the next side of the glass without damaging the silicone seals.

Instead of spreading the algae throughout the aquarium as green dust, it rolls it up completely, turning the algae coating into actual food for the fish.

Can also be used as a hand scraper.
