Arka Substrate Cleaner Pond - Biological Decomposition of Mulm

Substrate Cleaner Pond is a specially formulated bacterial blend designed for the biological breakdown of mulm and waste materials in the substrate and rocks of any pond.

Substrate Cleaner Pond safely and effectively removes organic deposits, eliminates harmful gaseous compounds, and completely breaks down phosphate and nitrate deposits in the substrate and rocks.

Substrate Cleaner Pond contains naturally derived mangrove mud with the bacteria found there to ensure clean and healthy water.

Substrate Cleaner Pond is particularly helpful for stone or gravel substrates and in areas where mechanical suction is difficult.

Substrate Cleaner Pond is suitable for use at water temperatures of 7 °C and above.

A bacterial mixture added to the pond via Substrate Cleaner Pond introduces bacteria that feed on mulm and break down pollutants. This reduces both the mulm and the nutrient load in the pond.
