Our specially developed Organic Active Salt promotes healthy growth and polyp development in corals and ensures the long-term well-being of your animals. The unique blend of our Organic Active Salt supports healthy calcium carbonate skeleton formation and allows even the most sensitive species of corals and fish to thrive. The perfectly balanced ingredients ensure optimal care conditions for your aquatic life.

Dosage

Dissolve the required amount of salt (33.4 g/L), preferably in temperate reverse osmosis water with water circulation. After just a short time, the water will be clear and ready for use. The salt density should be between 1.022 and 1.025 at a temperature of 25°C. We recommend a 5–10% water change every 1–2 weeks.

38 g dissolved in 1000 ml of fully desalinated water at 25° C yields the following values (approx.):

• Density 1.022

• pH 8.3–8.5

• KH approx. 8–10° dKH

• Calcium content of approx. 430 mg/L

• Magnesium content of approx. 1380 mg/L

• Strontium: approx. 8.1 mg/L
