Dosage of Arka NOPO Control - Nitrate & Phosphate Control

Start with a daily dose of 2 ml per 100 liters of water and increase this as needed to a maximum of 10 ml per 100 liters of water until a measurable reduction in nutrient levels is observed.

Maintain the selected dosage until the desired nutrient levels are reached, and then adjust it as necessary to keep the levels stable.

Combat algae biologically:

Thread algae in the aquarium is a persistent problem. Every aquarist is familiar with this issue and has likely had to deal with it many times. But where do these algae come from? Primarily, algae spores enter the aquarium from outside and are thus “introduced” into the system. Favorable conditions, such as high nitrate or phosphate levels, then promote the growth and rapid spread of the algae.
This is because phosphate and nitrate are nutrients for algae.

Arka addresses this problem with its new product. It combats algae biologically by depriving them of their nutrients (nitrate, phosphate). • For maximum effectiveness, we recommend using NOPO Control together with Special Blend. Allow at least 48 hours between dosing both products.

• Check the nutrient levels in your aquarium regularly to prevent nutrient depletion.

• Make sure your PO4 level does not drop to 0, as it is essential as an energy source for corals, plants, and bacteria and is indispensable for successful nitrate removal.

• In the event of a bacterial bloom, we recommend using a UV-C clarifier.
