The filter housing is ideal for installation downstream of the reverse osmosis system. Simply connect it to the reverse osmosis pressure hose and fill it with, for example, resin/mixed-bed resin, absorbents, or many other media.

Arka myAQUA Multifilter 4000 - 4,000 ml Multifilter

The myAQUA Multifilter 4000 is ideal for filling with resin/mixed-bed resin, absorbers, and many other filter materials, such as activated carbon. Thanks to the built-in 1-inch water-neutral plastic thread and the included 1" to ¾" and ¼" adapters for the water inlet and outlet included in the package, it can be used universally both as a downstream resin filter for reverse osmosis systems and for many other applications.

 

 

Furthermore, the standardized size of the filter housing (20 x 4.5 inches) allows for the use of a wide variety of different internal cartridges of this size.

The myAQUA Multifilter 4000 is made of high-strength, food-grade plastic (PP) and is pressure-resistant up to 28 bar. The double O-ring seal ensures maximum tightness.

The included refillable inner cartridge features built-in fine filters on both sides to prevent suspended particles from entering the inner filter and to ensure that no abrasion or particles of resin or filter material escape from the inner filter. The two loose filter sponges included can be used as needed, depending on the material used and the fill volume.

Setup

• Install the wall mount included in the package as shown above and screw the myAQUA Multifilter 4000 onto it. Make sure the screws are tightened securely and correctly.

   

• Now remove the main body of the multifilter using the included filter cartridge wrench.

   

• Remove the inner refillable cartridge and open it by unscrewing the top screw cap.

   

• Fill the inner cartridge with the desired material, screw the lid back on, and reinsert it into the filter housing.

   

• Then use the filter cartridge wrench to screw the main body back onto the filter lid. Important: Make sure the connection between the housing and the lid is tightened securely.

   

• Now connect the water source and a drain hose to the marked water inlet and outlet ports. Ensure that the connected hoses are properly and securely seated and that you follow the markings for water inlet (IN) and water outlet (OUT).

Caution

• If you want to use the included adapters, make sure the gaskets or O-rings are in place. Alternatively, you can wrap the threaded ends several times with the included Teflon tape.

   

• If you are using the included ¾” to ¼” adapters, you must remove the blue retaining rings before inserting the hose and press the housing down. Once the hose is inserted, the retaining rings must be replaced.

   

• To vent the housing, press and hold the red vent button on the top of the filter cover until water begins to escape.

Important

• Use the included wall mount or ensure the myAQUA Multifilter 4000 is otherwise securely positioned to prevent it from tipping over.

   

• Note the maximum pressure rating of 28 bar.

   

• We recommend using the two loose filter sponges included.
