The Arka Core CFF-1 fleece filter is fully automated and suitable for freshwater or saltwater aquariums. As the filter becomes increasingly dirty, the fleece automatically rotates further. This ensures crystal-clear water.

Arka Core CFF-1 - Fleece Filter

The ARKA® Core “CFF-1” fleece filter is a specially developed automatic fine filter for all saltwater and freshwater aquariums. With its integrated fine fleece roll, the ARKA® Core “CFF-1” fleece filter filters organic contaminants out of the water and permanently removes them from the aquarium before they can decompose.

The contaminated water is filtered through the fleece and then flows back into the aquarium. When the fleece becomes clogged with contaminants, the water flow rate decreases and the water level in the ARKA® Core “CFF-1” fleece filter rises. As soon as a certain water level is reached, the float switch triggers the motor to unwind the filter roll a little further until the water level has dropped again.

The ARKA® Core “CFF-1” filter media roll is approximately 25 meters long and lasts about 1–2 months, depending on water quality and biological load. When the filter media roll is used up, it can simply be removed and replaced with a new one.

This reduces maintenance to a minimum!
