Initial dosage:
Add 5 ml per 100 liters of water weekly for 4 weeks.
Maintenance dosage: Add 10 ml per 100 liters of water every 14 days. 

Tips:
Ensure there are sufficient anaerobic (low-oxygen) zones in the aquarium; only there can nitrate be converted into nitrogen by the bacteria. Use ceramic rings, for example, for this purpose.
