With Aqua Rebell Iron Micro Special, you can add the micronutrients iron and manganese to your aquarium. In a planted aquarium, the micronutrients that enter the aquarium through tap water and food are sometimes insufficient. Aqua Rebell Iron Micro Special enriches your aquarium with stabilized iron and manganese compounds.

In a planted aquarium, the micronutrients supplied by tap water or fish food may sometimes be insufficient. As a result, the plants no longer grow optimally. Micro Special Iron supplies your aquarium with the essential micronutrients iron and manganese. This fertilizer is rich in gently stabilized iron and manganese compounds that plants can absorb particularly efficiently. However, you should only use this fertilizer in combination with a complete fertilizer.

The fertilizer should primarily be used to treat iron deficiency or as a preventative measure. Water changes of 25% to 50% per week are recommended to prevent excessive concentrations of micronutrients from accumulating in the aquarium water.

Micro Special Iron is designed for targeted and supplemental fertilization of aquatic plants with the essential micronutrient iron. In addition to iron, it also supplies the important trace element manganese, ensuring healthy and lush growth of aquatic plants.

This iron fertilizer can be particularly helpful for aquatic plants with pale or bleached leaves, or those that appear brown rather than red. It primarily supplies the plants with divalent iron, which they can absorb particularly efficiently. Mikro Spezial Iron is also highly concentrated, so even small amounts are sufficient to meet the aquatic plants’ iron requirements.

Normally, iron should be supplied via the Mikro Spezial Flowgrow or Mikro Basic iron-rich fertilizers. This iron fertilizer should only be used in special situations, such as in aquariums with increased iron requirements. We at Aqua Rebell therefore do not provide a dosing recommendation, as the dosage should be determined on a case-by-case basis, tailored to your specific aquarium.

The primary source of iron should be a complete fertilizer that contains not only iron but also many other important trace elements, such as our Mikro Basic Iron Complete Fertilizer or Mikro Spezial Flowgrow.

10 ml of Mikro Spezial Iron per 100 liters of aquarium water adds the following nutrients

• Manganese (Mn) - 0.044 mg/L
